I'm Victoria C Diedrich, and I couldn't be prouder to call the vibrant Jacksonville community my home. Having grown up here, I've developed a deep appreciation for the unique blend of coastal charm and urban vitality that defines our city. I'm eagerly anticipating the growth unfolding across Jacksonville, with a special emphasis on the vibrant transformation taking place downtown. But my heart truly belongs to the captivating historic homes of the San Marco neighborhood.
I'm a second-generation alumna of the esteemed University of North Florida, where I majored in Business Administration and minored in Finance. "Swoop!" A couple of years after graduation, I met my now husband Rob, and we relocated to the Atlanta area. After seven enriching years there, we returned to the St. Johns area in 2020, where we now share our lives with our two young adorable boys who bring boundless joy and energy to our days. Our household is completed by 2 Siberian huskies, Flash & Thor.
I'm reinvigorated and ready to make a positive impact on our community. With over a decade of dedicated service in the Real Estate Industry; spanning insurance, appraisal, and sales, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. When children are removed from their homes out of concern for their safety, they are usually brought to a child welfare services office to await placement. Isaiah 117 provides a comforting home where children can be brought to wait – a place that is safe with friendly and loving volunteers who provide clean clothes, smiles, toys, and snuggly blankets. This allows children to receive the comfort and care they need while child welfare staff can do the necessary paperwork and identify a good placement.

Fostering Hope is a ministry of Fruit Cove Baptist Church led by a team of volunteers who are passionate about foster care and adoption and serving those in the trenches of this high calling. Our ultimate goal is to share the Gospel in all that we do. Leadership includes an advisory board, family advocates, and other key ministry leaders. The advisory board is made up of past and present foster and adoptive parents and a Guardian Ad Litem to help guide the ministry and maintain our focus and mission. Our family advocates work closely with foster and adoptive families within our church to provide comprehensive wraparound care and serve community families on a larger scale.We are grateful for the opportunity to come alongside families and share the love of Christ. Everyone can do something!
